Wheelchair athletes Alan Cook and Kenny Herriot have just completed a marathon hand cycle challenge from Glasgow to Belfast to Dublin and back again in 7 days! Not only that, along the way they visited the national spinal units in each city including the National Rehabilitation Hospital Dun Laoghaire to talk to patients and staff about their challenge and to encourage people with spinal injuries to take up sports like hand cycling. | | | | | | |
