‘Guide to living with Spinal Cord Injury’ handbook is a 263 page A5 folder. It covers all aspects of Spinal Cord Injury with specific relevance to those living in Ireland.Practical issues such as body care, sexuality, social activities, transport, grants and entitlements are also covered.

This book, developed after 18 months of research, aims to make a real difference to all those whose lives have been permanently altered through spinal injury. The handbook contains numerous specially commissioned full-colour illustrations and photographs and also comes in CD format.

The Handbook and CD is free to all members of Spinal Injuries Ireland but there is a post and package cost of €7.50. For non members there is a cost of €25 plus post and package of €7.50.
